At LustraBrush, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• To qualify, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• A valid order number is required.
• Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible.
2. Refunds
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
• Processing may take 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
3. Exchanges
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival.
• Proof of defect (photo or video) must be provided to support@lustrabrush.com within 7 days of delivery.
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
• Gift cards and promotional items.
• Sale items marked “Final Sale.”
• Any item returned after 30 days.
• Items returned without prior approval.
5. Order Issues (Lost / Delayed / Wrong Address)
• LustraBrush is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses are not eligible for refunds.
• If tracking shows “Delivered,” we do not issue refunds for lost or stolen packages. Customers must file a claim with the carrier.
6. Return Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without proof of delivery.
7. How to Request a Return
• Contact support@lustrabrush.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Wait for approval and return instructions.
• Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.
8. Chargeback Policy
Filing an unauthorized chargeback after receiving your product will be considered fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with proof of order fulfillment, delivery confirmation, and communication records.
