By placing an order with LustraBrush, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Processing Times
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Times
• Standard delivery time is 7–15 business days depending on your location.
• Delivery estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, weather, or couriers are beyond our control.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
• Tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to appear.
4. Incorrect Address Policy
• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
• No refunds will be issued for address errors.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
• If tracking shows “Delivered,” LustraBrush is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• Customers must file a claim directly with the courier.
• Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs are not grounds for refunds.
6. International Shipping & Customs
• International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refusing delivery due to customs fees will not qualify for a refund.
7. Delivery Guarantee
• Our responsibility ends once the package is handed to the shipping carrier.
• We do not guarantee exact delivery dates; only estimated windows are provided.
